1. Processing & Production Time
Because our items are custom printed on-demand just for you, each order requires a production window before it is handed over to the courier.

All apparel items are typically printed, quality checked, and packaged within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an automated email confirmation the moment your item has been printed and shipped.
2. Shipping Estimates
Once your order leaves our UK fulfillment center, delivery timelines across the country are estimated as follows:

UK Mainland: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands: Delivery may take an additional 1 to 2 business days depending on local courier routing.
Total estimated time from the moment you click buy to arrival at your door is typically 5 to 10 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
If you haven’t received your parcel within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hearnebradley556@gmail.com with your name and order number, and our team will investigate it for you immediately.
4. Damages & Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with printing defects, please take a photo of the packaging and the product and contact our support team at hearnebradley556@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery so we can issue a replacement order immediately.
